Do not miss this holiday event, Zion Hill Community Development Corporation’s 1st Annual Homes for All 5k Run/Walk! This event will be held Saturday, November 21, through Sunday November 29, 2020. This is a virtual run/walk event – feel free to run or walk on a track, a treadmill, in your neighborhood, or anywhere provided the distance is 3.1 miles. Our goal for this 5K run/walk is to raise $5000 for our rent and utility assistance program for families and individuals over the upcoming holiday season. It will also support the building of a 100-unit affordable housing complex!
Race t-shirts are guaranteed when you register on or before Saturday, November 21 @ 9:00am. After the deadline, t-shirts will be handed out while supply lasts.
- Registration Fee: $35.00 (With t-shirt) $25.00 (No t-shirt)
- Race Times: Saturday, November 21st at 9:00am until Sunday, November 29th at 5:00pm
- Print: Downloadable bib and finisher certificate
- Pick-up: T-shirt & medal from December 1- 3, 2020, 10:00am to 7:00pm

What is a virtual race?
A virtual race is very similar to a live race - you register, you run/walk your 3.1 miles and you will get a t-shirt and medal in support of a great cause! The difference is that you get to complete your 3.1 miles run/walk any day between Saturday, November 21st and Sunday, November 29th at 5:00pm from anywhere you like, your neighborhood, the treadmill, track, country roads, etc.
How do you know I completed the race?
First, this is all done through the honor system, so if you run or not, you will get your t-shirt and medal. For those that want to log their times once you complete, a link is provided for you in your confirmation email. Just click on "Manage Your Registration," and follow the prompts. Finish times must be submitted no later than Sunday, November 29th at 6:00pm to be included in the results. You can even post a pic!
What do I get for registration?
Besides the t-shirt and medal, it is all about the pride and camaraderie you share with so many others from across the US who participated in the event and supported a great cause.
When do I get my t-shirt and medal?
Pick-up or mailing of t-shirt and medal will start December 1- 3, 2020 from 10:00am -7:00pm.
