June 3rd is Global Running Day and we invite you to join us for this free event! Commit to running 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, 13.1 or 26.2 miles to celebrate the join (and many times the pain) of running! Our goal is to get thousands of participants from around the world to join us and to inspire people to get out and RUN! Let's see if we can get particiants from all 50 states in the USA and from at least 50 countries around the world! Please invite your friends to join us!!!
Anytime on June 3rd we invite you to decide your course, lace up your running shoes and go for a run. Then come back and submit your time! Everyone that signs up will be entered to win drawings for different running gear throughout the day! We'll be giving away medal holders, race entries, gift cards and even a new pair of running shoes! Be sure to invite your friends to sign up! The more people that participate, the more we can give away!

I'm so proud of myself
I've been trying to get back into running forever and the pandemic is really limiting my options for races. I'm proud to say I ran a whole mile...even if it was slow as molasses. Thank you virtual races for giving me a way to train safely!

Finally!
I have been trying to be apart of Global Running Day but something ALWAYS came up! This year everything worked out and since it was virtual it was that much easier, especially since I am doing the #RWRunStreak Challenge it was more motivation to get out and that mile done.

I should have remembered how many long gradual hills there would be on that route. I'd still sign up but I'd be smart enough to pick an easier route Fun to have a reason to beyond plodding speed.

I love running I have been running for 2 1/2 years it’s actually has grown to be a passion of mine my aunt talk to me and told me I would be good at it I looked at her and said you’re crazy I came back from Virginia running and now I can’t stop I enter all types of races I’ve done two ultra six marathons and multiple 10 K and five k. People look at it and say why do you run I look at them and say to runoff the craziness that goes on in life every day running is Theraphy he gets rid of so much and it’s so energetic and healthy for you I’ve even train people which is amazing to see people who couldn’t do it do it the passion for running is truly amazing I think God and my family for the support that they give me I am truly blessed to say the least and I just think everybody who gives me an opportunity to run
