2024 Safe Fun-Fit at the Bayfront June 7 - June 8 Race Description

 

  DATE: Friday June 7 - Saturday June 8!

LOCATION: The Water's Edge Park 
402 South Shoreline BLVD

 

  • All participants must check in at the table
  • Please bring your own water, towel and yoga mat (you will  need a mat if you are participating in Yoga or Fitness)

 

FREE!

Fitness classes will offer 40 to 60 minute sessions including:

  • Yoga- guiding individuals through a series of poses to improve physical and mental strength
  • Zumba- fun aerobic workout that mixes in the latest dance moves

Fitness Schedule at the Islander's Pavilion, FRIDAY, June 7 

  • Zumba: 7pm - 8pm

 Fitness Schedule at the Islander's Pavilion, SATURDAY, June 8

  • Yoga: 8am-9am  
  • Zumba: 9am-10am

 

*Minimum age to participate is 8 years old

*Youth ages 8-15 must be accompanied by an adult
